The tour is an approx. 300 mile 4 day bicycle ride from New Jersey to Washington DC. The purpose is
to raise money for the National Law Enforcement Officer's Memorial. Most of you donated to TX Wheels of Justice through
the local rides that were held in Montgomery and Tomball. Your efforts raised $2000.00 for our local families of
fallen officers and helped send 3 law enforcement officers to the Police Unity Tour. All of the videos are on the
facebook page and you can look at all of them now, or you can look at them when you get the next days
email. Thank you for making this possible and allowing us to give something back to our fallen officers and there
families.

Day 2
Well, we made it through the 1st day. It was extremely cold and the wind seemed to blow in our face
no matter which way we turned. Normaly I would not even ride in weather like today, but the memory and sacrifice
of our fallen officers deserve this small commitment. Let me take a moment to introduce you to the TX Wheels of
Justice 2010 riders. You should know me. Mike Mcauliffe is riding from Abilene Police Department and Johnny
Levario is riding form Abilene (County) Sheriff's Department. Please pray for the members of these departments as
they lost an officer just last week. He was killed when a vehicle turned in front of him while pursuing a traffic
violator. We had a great ceremony in Jersey City, NJ. We honored an officer and his family who was killed there
last year. His brother is riding in the Unity Tour with us. As supporters of the tour I want you to know that
this ceremony would not have happened without you. As usual there were several bike crashes throughout the day.
This is common because of 300 plus riders in such close proximity. All riders received only minor injuries and
were able to continue. All of the Texas riders did very well and kept up with the group. As usual there are some
videos attached. They should be self explanatory as you listen to the narration. Thank you for you interest and I
hope you are enjoying the emails.
